- The sentences prescribed by this article shall apply in the case of every offense, whether defined within or outside of this chapter.
- The sole provision of this article that shall apply in the case of an offense committed by a juvenile offender is section 60.10 of this article and no other provisions of this article shall be deemed or construed to apply in any such case.
